Semi-Permanent Medium Length Fences

Built using 2x very thick stainless-steel conductors for superior performance, The Zap 6mm Advanced Rope is suitable for fences up to 7 km in length. If your fence is longer than this we recommend you consider a Pro rope to ensure your fence is effective. With this product the conducting stainless steel wires are wound around the outside of the main rope, which maximises contact with the animal, perfect for hard to shock animals such as sheep.

Visibility & Durability

Rope offers a balance between durability and visibility. It is often more robust than tape as it can withstand higher tension and is less susceptible to wind damage, making it suitable for areas exposed to high winds. It's an excellent choice for cattle, sheep, and areas with mixed livestock types.

Basic: Designed for short-term, temporary fencing needs such as paddock dividers, strip grazing lines, or isolating animals. It’s not suitable for perimeter fencing or challenging conditions.

Advanced: Features reinforced edges and larger diameter wires, enhancing its durability for longer temporary or semi-permanent fences. It's also suitable for small to medium-sized perimeter fences in all conditions, offering a robust solution for more varied and prolonged usage.

Pro: Boasts 50 times more conductivity than the other ranges, making it ideal for very long distances and suitable for both semi-permanent and permanent fences in all conditions. This range addresses the need for maximum efficiency and reliability in extensive and demanding fencing installations.
