The offset insulator includes an extended metal shaft offsetting the tape from the posts. This insulator is very popular for anti-cribbing lines as the 90 degree curve allows you to add a small about of height to the line, keeping the animals away from the wooden fence. Where you installing an electric fence along side a barbed or razor wire fence it is a legal requirement for there to be at least a 150mm gap between the barbed / razor wire and the electric lines, to prevent risk of injury. This insulator has been carefully designed to enable you to meet this requirement.

The Pro Series insulator is made from a highly durable plastic that has a high UV resistance, preventing it from going brittle over time. The steel screw has been treated with a new galvanisation technology giving 10 times better resistance to corrosion. This ring insulator does not feature a metal core support to prevent risks of short circuit which will prevent your fence from working. Easy Screw Installation

The advanced easy screw on the Pro Series insulator means reduces the effort needed to install these insulators, providing a firm and secure fixing. Not suitable for use with the drill attachment due to curved screw.

The rounded edges to this insulator prevent wear to the wire/rope as it moves through the insulator, increasing the longevity of your fencing.

Moisture Resistance

The large anti-tracking rings on the screw section of the insulator prevent moisture from reaching the fence in wet weather, which would cause a short and power loss.
